Our strengthened health measures
 
Dear customers,
 
In order to welcome you safely from the reopening on 3 July 2020, we are putting in place a set of very strict measures.
 
  
 

1. Staff training

A "health protocol" referent is appointed and ensures that the rules of good practice are updated and complied with within the establishment.
 
A guide is set up in each establishment, specifying the operating procedures that must be respected by the personnel in each zone to ensure barrier gestures, hygiene rules and social distancing. In addition, each staff member will have undergone training prior to the opening of the establishment.
 
The frequency of cleaning on the site, of the various supplies, equipment, utensils and supports is increased compared to normal. Gel is available to each client who will use it as often as necessary.
 
 
 

2. As soon as you arrive at the reception desk

Receptionists wear appropriate masks, and Plexiglas protections are installed on the reception desks.
 
Hydroalcoholic gel is available for clients and employees.
 
Ground markings are put in place to respect social distancing.
 
Disinfection of keys/cards before each arrival.
 
Increased frequency of disinfection of common areas (8 times a day).
 
Increased disinfection of contact points: door handles, lift and light buttons.
 
Dematerialization of your documents (invoices / booking confirmation) which will be communicated by email.
 
 
 

3. Maintenance of your accommodation

The maintenance of the rooms is carried out using cleaning products recommended by the competent authorities.
 
The cleaning of linen, towels, work clothes and other clothing is carried out at an appropriate temperature to eliminate Covid-19.
 
 
 

4. In the restaurant

The buffet service will be set up as usual. Guests have the choice either to have lunch/dinner in the restaurant, which is set up according to social distancing guidelines, or to take their meal with them to their accommodation. Wearing a mask is compulsory in the dining room when travelling. 
 
In the restaurant, the space between two tables is a minimum of 1 m, and the limit of guests per table is 10, forming a homogenous (family, friends) and pre-constituted group of people.
 
In order to make the services more fluid, the opening hours of the restaurant are increased.
 
In the kitchen, the employees are equipped with masks, gloves and the wearing of the charlotte is compulsory.
 
In the dining room, employees are equipped with masks and gloves.
 
Markings on the floor are put in place to respect social distancing.
 
 
 

5. At the bar

Ground markings are put in place to respect social distancing.
 
For the self-service all-inclusive formulas, the distributors are replaced by a service by our team.

These measures will be updated according to future government recommendations and regulations.
